How this works
- Answer every question. Tap the option you want. Nothing is recorded yet — change your mind as many times as you like.
- Hit "Submit ballot" at the bottom. That is the only thing that counts. If you close the page without submitting, you have not voted.
- Once you submit, your answers are final. No edits, no takebacks, no texting the commissioner. Choose accordingly.
- You have 24 hours. The ballot closes . Miss it and you have volunteered to live with whatever everyone else picked.
Your answers are private. Nobody — including the commissioner — sees who picked what, and there is no running score while the poll is open.
Who has voted
Everyone gets a personal link. One vote per manager per poll, final the moment you hit submit, and no running count while a poll is open — results are sealed until the commissioner closes it. Once closed, the result stays here for good.
